Building was built by Mototechna s.p. in 1989. Complete reconstruction has been carried out by Praktik s.r.o. in 2005.
Building´s structure bears steel construction filled with concrete preforms. Outside walls are insulated with 100 mm polystyrene insulation material to decrease heating costs. Roof is covered with double layer of steel sheets and insulated with mineral wool to prevent loses of heat. Concrete floor manages weight load up to 10 t/m
2.
Premises are separated into 3 sections, where each has got its own entry and all are fitted with number of power outlets with voltages ranging from 220 V to 400 V. Entries are mounted with electric upwards sliding gates with remote controllers and dimensions of 3000 x 2700 mm. Premises have been also fitted with water supply network, which is possible to adjust according to client´s requirements.
Ceiling height varies between 3880 and 4000 mm.
Each section is suitable for industrial production or with small adjustments also for food production or as a training facility or logostics and distribution center.
Sections are possible to lease separately and adjust to client´s requirements. Each section has got own measuring devices for electricity. Payments for electricity are pre-invoiced on monthly basis and accounted yearly according to consumption.
Supplies of gas and water are pre-invoiced monthly and accounted yearly based on consumption according to number of employees or number of leased area.
